Leila looked up from her reading briefly to admire the bit nearly clear sky she could see between the tree branches. The only clouds that wre visible were little wispy things that just added to the beauty of the day. She grinned and hummed a tune she had heard earlier that day before looking back down at her book.
The gardens seemed a bit empty today. She knew that there had to be some other people here though because every now and then she could hear a couple talking in low voices. Leila was kind of glad no one was around her though. It'd be kind of hard to read when two people are a few feet away whispering sweet nothings into each other's ear. She sighed at the thought.
She looked away from her book again to watch the swaying branches of the huge oak she was sitting under make patterns on the ground. A leaf fell on her dress. Leila twirled it between her fingers before letting the breeze carry it away. A smile appeared on her lips again as her gaze returned to the pages.
